Through the release of stagnant energy, we prepare the body to heal and release not only physical ailments but emotions such as fear, anger, grief, guilt, as well as negative beliefs, self-criticism and traumatic memories, creating transformation into greater clarity and confidence and bringing opportunities for deeper self-awareness, self-acceptance and self-love.
As you dive deep emotions may rise to the surface and we encourage you to release these via the breath and sound. It is possible to encounter tears, laughter, groaning or twitching as the body releases tension and all of these are perfectly acceptable and held as beneficial.
